When Microsoft released Internet Explorer 8, many were amazed with the changes it went through, compared to the older versions. But there are still a lot of others who weren't impressed. I thought, even if Microsoft releases the best browser, they wouldn't dare try it, and bash it still. And I wonder what will these haters say about the recently released Internet Explorer 9 beta.

Yep, Microsoft has finally let the public into their newest browser offering, the IE 9 beta. Obviously it's still not in its final form, but having tried it myself, I can say that they have achieved great improvements, and even managed to introduced a new kind of browsing experience. IE 9 features a minimalistic user interface. It is also equipped with hardware acceleration and now has broader support for HTML 5 and CSS 3.
But more than the usual abilities of a browser we are used to, IE 9 has features that will surely take you by surprise.
For one, they have the add-on resource monitor, that will let you know which add-on is causing the browser to run slow, and terminate it if you will. It has an improved download manager as well that is not only more responsive, it is also able to warn the user for a potentially malicious software. It also displays a warning if the file you are downloading has a bad reputation.
Bing, Microsft's search engine, also runs faster on IE 9 as it is optimized in the browser as well as dozens of other websites.
